Our collection is sourced directly from the wholesalers allowing you to have a fast, hassle-free shopping experience. For same day shipping you will receive single parcel. If items ship on different days then you will receive more than one parcel …… it’ll feel like opening two birthday presents instead of one : )
No. Due to the complexity of managing multiple warehousing systems across our suppliers, we are unable to make any changes, size amendments or cancel an order in any instance once it has been placed.
Uh oh 🙁 we’re super sorry! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your items. If we sent you an item that isn’t quite right, please contact us through our Contact Us page and you will have to return faulty items within 14 days of you receiving your items, and your items need to be unused and in its proper packaging. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being used 🙁
